My name is Becky. I have a passion for art, fashion and beautiful things. I am currently at university and need a hobby to distract myself, hence the blog.

I have always considered my talent to be in make-up, but with a passion for make-up comes a passion for clothing, and everything that goes with it! 

My mother is a manager for Dior makeup, and so I have learned a lot of my skills from her, but most are just trial and error - the best way to learn!

I would call my style simple with a rock luxe edge. I believe that makeup can really make the difference to any outfit. Now, that doesn't mean I am one of those girls who wears a full face of makeup at every opportunity. Less is more in my opinion.

I also give fashion a good go. It varies. Some days I look like a complete rocker, and the next I look like your nan. It's all about what you are comfortable in and what you have the confidence to bare.

My life revolves around art so brace yourselves for many art inspired tutorials and influences. It's probably the reason I enjoy makeup so much; it's just like painting but on a different canvas.

My biggest style influence is Emma Watson. If I could be anyone it would be her. But Marilyn Monroe, Leighton Meester, Fearne Cotton and Jennifer Lawrence are pretty darn close in the running.

The brands you will see me wear a lot are Warehouse, Dorothy Perkins, Topshop, Oasis, Primark, Dior, Estee Lauder, Clinique, YSL and Benefit.
