Romper is a strange word...

So recently I purchased this lovely little playsuit from Oasis. Retails for £48 but I get a very generous staff uniform allowance woo!

The thing with uniform allowance, is once you buy it, there's no possible way of bringing it back if you don't like it. and of course, I started to hate it. 

I've decided that I'm never going to wear it to work as its just too colourful and fun, so I sat down and tried to think of a way I could alter it to suit me better.

Here's what I did!

  

I removed the poofy sleeves, took the length up and made the legs a little slimmer.

I am incredibly pleased with the results of it. It's now the perfect playsuit for an evening out and for on holiday

I know it's simple. I am pretty good with a sewing machine and have made my own dresses and shorts in the past, but it's been a while. It was just nice to be using my sewing machine again. I have a few dresses that need altering since I've lost weight, so I have much fun ahead of me!

I'M BACK, BABY!

It's good to be back!

University assignments are over and I can finally sleep as deeply as a Snorlax.

Now commence the long and boring 4 months off...

So I've got a few posts in mind. Nothing major, as I wasn't lying when I said I really couldn't think about the blog for a while!

I'm going to try to add something to all of my sub-categories.
